I finally talked to dad to tell him happy father’s day and also to tell him about our upcoming visit. From hearing him on the phone I think he was most excited about the idea of us going to church with him.

I took a nap and woke up with I do it for the 2nd grade aha moments shirt. It seems like if I stop moving for any length of time the pain comes back. Still not as intense as last night but still hurting. I was going to go up to Walgreens and pick up stuff for my back. Then since I was going to pick up something to grill I just did all my shopping at Harris Teeter. I picked up heating pad patches and IcyHot creme. I’ve got one of the pads on right now and to be totally honest it doesn’t really feel that warm. Once I take it off I’ll put on the creme. That’s why I took the Aleve earlier. I need to fill up my pill boxes before I go to sleep. I do two weeks at a time and it amazes me how fast time goes by.
