I always eat my vegetables first from my plate. Don’t get in a vegetable rut and just serve green beans all the time. Your body needs a variety of color and texture in your vegetables.

I probably only have 5 vegetable recipes that I do again and When she dips I dip we dip shirt. I love to try new recipes to keep it exciting. I’ll post some yummy ones over the next few days. When I set a new veggie on a plate before my daughter Jane and I get “the look,” I always tell her that today might be the day that she likes it. Have just one bite. And I watch her face as she eats it. Usually, she’s surprised by the good flavor and then I say, 3 more bites. Slowly and surely, I am winning them over!
