Interesting that even on Disney Dining Plan I’m on the dining plan shirt, people have to plan out everything, right down to which meal you’re eating where!! No surprise we are the “stressed” generation!! Clare, there is a drive in theme sit down restaurant where your table is a car and they play old movies you’d see at a drive-in the 60s. diner food and the best dessert we had the whole trip. I believe it was in Hollywood studios.

It is a good Disney Dining Plan I’m on the dining plan shirt to make reservations as soon as possible. 6 months in advance is the best way to do it. I’m still not convinced of the benefits of the DDP, perhaps because I still do not get the idea clearly. I need to really understand how does this work to make up my mind. From the engineering point of view, I mean. The meals are some of our fondest memories at Disney. Most of the sit-down restaurants have very good food.
If you do not have a car to go here and there, still do your homework. If you have your very own mobility, you can always go somewhere else and eat as good as and with less money. Again this is my point of view, you do your homework, check cost and make up your mind. For those staying at one of the regular Disney hotels, I truly believe this is a good choice.
