I didn’t take it as an attack on all the people who drove home who worked in pubs. If you let them, the police work with and for you.

Eni Abiose Karen Davison Why do you keep skimming over the part where stop and search don’t work. Working in a pub is actually a pretty reasonable reason to stop someone on suspicion of drunk driving. Being black is not. I’m opposed to it because it allows our government to trample on people’s rights. Don’t patronize me. I come from one of these communities and want to see them roll out policies that will ACTUALLY WORK. Not policies that further entrench mistrust between the community and the police. I’ll repeat this one more time IT DOESN’T WORK. You know what doesn’t work, helping people before this is an option. See Scotland.
