Your world is defined largely by what you believe. You believe “the Jack Skellington and Sally it’s the most wonderful time of the year shirt In addition,I will do this love inside you has been stolen.” So that is influencing your pwrceptions of the world. From my seat that is what I call a self destructive cognition. No good can come from it, I suspect it is rooted in a irrational fear conjured from a relationship gone wrong. I ask you, what good can come from that belief? Are you willing to live a loveless life just to avoid a temporary pain? Why are you hanging on to that pain? How long are you planning to hold on to it? These questions get you to question that belief of being broken. You can so love again if you get out of your way. All you have to is believe. Thats not my go to solution, no. My go to solution is to cut them out of my life. If someone treats you that way its on them, if you kill them, or hate that strongly, its on you. It’s always, without exception best to take the high road. If a person has fake love inside, they have not learned love and that is sad for them. If you are more evolved in your awareness of love, you will not have murderous thoughts. Murderous thoughts may be a sign you only loved as it benefitted you. It might be that you don’t really want them dead, you just hate how they made you feel and want to eliminate them from your life. Unconditional love is hard to find and thats what we all need to learn. Don’t condemn someone because they don’t get real love and have to fake it. Grow from the experience. Allow the experience to move you toward real love. I disagree with all of the answers given so far that love and hate are opposites. I feel that it’s wrong to look at hate and love as extreme opposites of each other. Instead, I feel that love complements hate, very specifically in that order. You know how there is a saying that light cannot exist without darkness and only through light, can we know that darkness exist? Otherwise, we’re just blind and ignorant. Actually, I think I just made that up inspired from some version of a similar saying somewhere out there.
