We all are always busy with our work!!! No matter , even if we are sitting idle still our brain is always working. Our brain never stops working, it just keeps on concentrating on important things and sometimes even worthless things. What so ever, the main thing is that it never gets a chance to take rest apart from when we are sleeping. So, when we take nap our brain gets the golden opportunity to take rest. This whole thing works same as if our muscles get a new life when we take rest after an hour at gym.
Power naps are too god for brain as they give brain a chance to take rest and perform better. So its good to take naps but don’t take too many naps on the same day or don’t even try to to take longer naps. Longer naps make you more lethargic then making you feel fresh and alive. I never actually sleep, I do that way I described above and I get out of bed or couch full of energy and of course I see difference in my productivity and mental alertness. Only for -even- better results take a sleeping mask to block the sunlights.
