There is really nothing like either one, Never underestimate a grandma who listens to Steve Perry shirt especially smudge, I think there may be a setting on a tool that will produce some effects slightly similar to liquify, but I have to sit down and play around to be sure. It’s more like twisting the vector object and while doing so adding anchor points and no it’s not twist. Reason being Photoshop is pixel based and Illustrator vector. So with those awesome effects you mentioned in photoshop you are essentially distorting the pixel data each time you make a pass. Like I had mentioned to distort a vector object you will almost always have to add multiple new anchors and sort of play around until you get somewhere close.
You could also take the sections or layers you want the Never underestimate a grandma who listens to Steve Perry shirt effect on into photoshop, do your tweaking, then bring them back to illustrator if there is nothing similar. I’ve never heard of plastic chunk eyeliner. Maybe it’s been invented in the last three years since I stopped being a makeup artist? But I’ve never heard of it, and I still live on the planet. What do you want makeup to last longer than 24 hours for anyway? You need to sleep. And your skin should be clean when you sleep. Gel eyeliners (the kind in a pot) are quite long lasting and most are waterproof and smudgeproof. MAC fluidline was the first one, and it’s great and comes in a zillion colours. Not cheap though. Also not cruelty free, if you’re concerned about that. I actually like the elf cream eyeliner better. It’s around $5, and doesn’t dry out in the pot as quickly as fluidline. It only comes in four colours though.
