And am so happy for the animals that they have you to care for them and be able to release them at the right time. There was a movie that came out about cubs raised in captivity they were rescued when a lioness died. The female cub got really close to the humans and formed a great bond but they had to release to give her a chance at life.

Eventually she reached breeding age and was old enough to be released. She knew how to be a lion. They released her she got into a fight with a lioness. She won. Towards the end of the movie she obtained a lion lover and had Cubs. She was for all intents and purposes a wild lion. But sometimes her people would visit her and she would greet them. Don’t agree with returning them to wild. A reservation yes but the wild when they used to human interaction is only going to lead to some hunter being able to get up close.
