I’ve had anxiety for as long as I can remember and the I took my meds today shirt. I hated myself. I wanted to die. I didn’t think my life was worth living. I went to therapy. I took the medications. I got better. Fast forward to now. I have a beautiful daughter and a handsome fiancée. I’m getting married in November. I have a good job and lot of people who love and support me. So why do I stay up at night physically sick over things I can’t control? Why do I have panic attacks so bad that I start hyperventilating?

Why do I still have those horrible thoughts when my life is I took my meds today shirt? I have lost about 15 pounds. I made it through the liquid phase and now I am in the purées. I am eating lots of purée rotisserie chicken and soups. My blood pressure has come down and I’m not taking my meds. I am back to work and feeling feeling really good. I got a gym membership so if anyone wants to go to Planet Fitness anytime I’m game. I went for a follow up with my surgeon and he is pleased with my recovery. He said my weight loss will be a lot slower than those I see on TV but it will all come off. I’m happy I had this done and feeling better everyday!
