All the moves are not done correctly. Deadlift – legs are too far apart they need to be parallel to the Warning don’t check out my Daddy Mommy is psycho shirt, squat – he’s not getting low enough and the ass needs to go lower than the knees, lunges – the knee needs to touch the floor not stay mid-air. These p90x workouts get you nice and lean and get you hella sore especially leg day, but if gaining mass is your the goal you are better off squatting and deadlifting heavy.

These are endurance based workouts. These are meant to cut your muscles and train your bodies stamina. These are legit workouts. Free workout video here and people want to complain. This will be helpful to many people, especially this time of year when many are trying to avoid the holiday fat gains but don’t have much experience working out. This man is neither jacked or shredded. At least have a dude that clearly is in good shape to make people believe that it is worth it. He used to be pretty jacked. My body can’t handle what it could just a few years ago and I’m only 36 so I can imagine by the time I’m Tony’s age my workouts will have adapted even more
